Not medical advice
Peak Performance N Fitness provides general fitness education, exercise programming, performance coaching, and accountability. These services are not medical care, diagnosis, physical therapy, nutrition therapy, or a substitute for advice from a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
Get appropriate clearance
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, take medication that may affect exercise, have been inactive, or have concerns about your ability to train safely.
Assumption of risk
Physical training—including strength work, sprinting, jumping, plyometrics, mobility exercises, and conditioning—carries inherent risks. These may include falls, strains, sprains, soreness, illness, serious injury, disability, or, in rare circumstances, death. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for training within your abilities and environment.
Stop when symptoms occur
Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience chest pain, faintness, severe shortness of breath, unusual dizziness, sudden weakness, significant pain, or another concerning symptom. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Remote coaching limitations
During remote coaching, the coach may not be able to observe every condition, movement, surface, piece of equipment, or hazard. You are responsible for using safe equipment, maintaining a clear training area, following instructions, selecting appropriate loads, and reporting pain, injury, or relevant limitations promptly.
No guaranteed outcomes
Training responses vary. References to strength, speed, vertical jump, explosiveness, wellness, or athletic performance describe training goals, not promised outcomes. Results depend on individual circumstances and consistent participation.
Minors
A parent or legal guardian must approve participation by anyone under 18 and remains responsible for obtaining any required medical clearance and providing appropriate supervision.
